For virtual dialogues on Private Sector Education in Pakistan, we’re hosting focus group talks covering early years through higher education. Allow us to introduce Mr. Mustafa Chhotani, who will moderate our session on challenges in Lower and Higher Secondary years in the Private Sector in Pakistan on the 27th of April at 1 pm.

After completing his MBBS from Ziauddin University, Doctorate of Medicine from the US Education Commission of Foreign Medical Graduates, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dermatology from the UK, Dr. Mustafa found his true calling in education. While he loves being a doctor, as an educationist, he leverages his exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills, dynamic personality, and passion for working with people, especially young adults, to help them find their life’s purpose.

In 2016, Dr. Mustafa Arif took a leap of faith and joined Cedar College. Over the years, he has served as Senior College and Academic Counselor, Vice Principal, and Faculty of Biology. He played an instrumental role in establishing The Cedar School Official. Today, as the Head of The Cedar School System, Dr. Mustafa leads the schools toward academic excellence, growth, and development.

Allow us to introduce Miss Faryal Goraya, who will moderate our session on challenges in Primary Years in the Private Sector in Pakistan on the 26th of April at 6 pm.

Introducing Faryal Goraya, a dedicated HR major with an MBA Degree , holding a corporate experience of over 6 years before she embraced motherhood and a certified Master Trainer, is a passionate individual who helps parents navigate the school application process!

With a background in recruitment and training, Faryal leverages her expertise to guide parents on preparing themselves and their children for school interviews. Drawing from her own experience of seeking school guidance for her older child, she founded askfary, a Facebook community with over 12k Members, aimed at providing support and advice on all school-related matters.

Allow us to introduce Mr Muhammad Shahbaz Khan, the esteemed Head of Mphil in Educational Leadership at Beaconhouse National University (BNU) who will moderate our session on challenges in University Education in the Private Sector in Pakistan on the 27th of April at 2 pm. 
 
 With a PhD in Education from the University of Leicester (Commonwealth Scholarship), Mr Shahbaz serve as an assistant professor at BNU’s School of Education and lead the MPhil in Educational Leadership and Management. His extensive experience since 2005 includes roles as a teacher trainer, curriculum designer, researcher, and more.

Allow us to introduce Ms. Ayesha Khan, the esteemed Principal at Lahore Preschool, who will moderate our session on challenges in early years in the Private Sector in Pakistan on the 26th of April at 5 PM.

With an impressive tenure of over thirty years in early childhood education, Ms. Khan has dedicated her career to fostering an environment of curiosity and lifelong learning. Her expertise is evident in her numerous accomplishments, which include authoring children’s books and developing innovative training programs for educators. Ms. Khan’s leadership and commitment have significantly enriched the educational landscape, marking her as a thought leader and pioneer in her field.
