Rukaiya Salman graduated from Lahore University of Management Sciences in 2006, after which she became a certified Chartered Financial Analyst. She has also completed the Post Graduate Certificate of Education International (PGCEi) from the University of Nottingham in 2015. Her passion for the education sector is evident as she has worked in the sector for over 14 years in different teaching and leadership roles.

Rukaiya believes that the process of learning should never stops; hence, she enthusiastically attends educational workshops, conferences and trainings. Besides attending Cambridge Schools Conference as a delegate in 2018, 2019 and 2022 and she has also led and conducted multiple workshops with educational professionals from numerous renowned educational institutions. She was also a keynote speaker at Education 2.0 held in Dubai in March 2022 for her experience as a prominent leader figure in the field of education. Rukaiya was also nominated to be a speaker at the GESS Conference held in Turkey in May 2022.

Rukaiya has also attained certificates from International Baccalaureate for different courses of Primary Year Program and Middle Year Program. She is also a strong proponent of mental and emotional well-being of students. Due to this, she has successfully finished preliminary certificate course in humanistic integrative counseling. 

She is also an accredited Cambridge Programme Leader for the Cambridge International Certificate in Education Leadership. Building upon her knowledge of Cambridge Professional Development Qualification, she has trained education leaders from varied backgrounds.


She is also a member of the International Society for Technology in Education, a US-based non-profit organization, and has attended their international education expo in 2020 and 2021. Rukaiya is a staunch proponent of EdTech and currently working with educators and industry leaders from the USA and UK to introduce innovative e-learning tools in Pakistan. Rukaiya Salman was also the co-founder of CSTEC (Cedar School Technology and Education Conference) that took place at Cedar School in November 2021. 

Rukaiya has been the lead curriculum developer for The Cedar School. She has also spearheaded the Cedar School franchise as the Head of Cedar School System. Rukaiya is currently serving VLC (Veritas Learning Centre) as a Director, Senior Years. She is enthusiastic about sharing her firsthand experience of promoting lifelong learning as an educator.
